The lack of a washing machine/dryer in the apartment was inconvenient, but there was a laundry service nearby. Be cautious when negotiating the price to clarify if electricity is included, as it can add up if you use a lot of AC. Also, the absence of an oven/stove made it difficult to prepare our own meals.
